Mr. Vikas Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner makes an allegation that the petitioner has been illegally detained at the police station on the ground that her visa lapsed and she has overstayed in the country. If the petitioner is being detained in the police station which is not a designated detention place, the concerned authority shall take prompt action for her transfer to detention centre, if necessary.
