Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP. 2.

By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking relief to decide Criminal Revision Application No.137 of 2017 pending before 12th Judge, City Civil and Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai in time bound manner.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The concerned Court shall decide the Criminal Revision Application No.137 of 2017 pending for around
