By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- "a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the criminal proceeding being Sessions Case No.485 of 2020 before Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune arising out of F.I.R. No. 15 of 2020 registered with Chikhali Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Mr. Rushikesh Kale, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on

Gitalaxmi 20-WP-817-2026.doc instructions from the Petitioner, craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 4.

Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Rushikesh Kale, learned Advocate for the Petitioner.

In view of the above, leave is granted to the Petitioner to withdraw the present Criminal Writ Petition with liberty as prayed for.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed by the Petitioner before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 817 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
