The grievance of the Petitioner is that, her F.I.R. is not written as per her instructions which has resulted in C.R.No.462 of 2025 at Dehu Road police station. The F.I.R. is in respect of an incident dated 09.10.2025.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to Exhibit-A which was a complaint dated 13.10.2025 addressed by the Petitioner to the Senior Inspector of Police, Dehu Road police station, Pune, in which, there are clear allegations of the Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

5-wp-874-26 offences under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned APP submitted that, when she gave her F.I.R. on 20.12.2025, it was video-graphed and, at that time, she had not mentioned that the Accused had abused her with reference to her caste.

This particular fact is disputed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. However, learned APP, on instructions, states that the Investigating Officer shall record a supplementary statement of the Petitioner and shall take a suitable action, based on that statement, by way of further investigation; though, the chargesheet is filed. 5.
For further consideration, the matter be listed on 07.04.2026.
