Learned APP, on instructions, states that the investigating agency has recorded the supplementary statement of the Petitioner and they have added the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The Petition was filed for the same two reliefs. Since the police have taken necessary action, nothing further survives in the Petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petition be disposed of. 2.

In this situation, since the Petitioner's grievance is redressed, the Petition is disposed of.
