1.

The learned Senior Advocate Shri Desai has informed us that in deference to our order dated 30/04/2026, Respondent No.5 has vacated the hostel room after collecting all his belongings. He has left none of his belongings/items in the said room. He has also

left the University premises and has travelled outside the premises by carrying his bed, mosquito net and all other items that he may have placed in the said area where the bed was located. 2.

Shri Desai further informs us that in the event Respondent No.5 has any official work in the University, for example, to collect his Certificates or any document etc., he will send an email to the Registrar of the University for seeking prior permission and would visit the University only for the purpose for which he desires to make the visit and during the time schedule as may be stated by the Registrar in response to his email. On this count, we would appreciate if the Registrar responds to the email within a time frame of 3 days and if any serious urgency is voiced by Respondent No.5 through his email, the Registrar would accordingly respond urgently.

3.

In view of the above, this Petition is worked out and stands disposed off.

4.

Needless to state that if Respondent No.5 has any demand of establishment of a new building for the Department

under the Social Science faculty for the 'Pali' language, the disposal of this Petition, would not be an impediment, provided he strictly follows an established procedure or expected legal mode in pursuing his demands, which are within the realm of the State Government.
