Ms. Saima Ansari, appears and states that Mr. Fakhruddin Khan has been appointed by the Legal Aid Cell to represent the Petitioner in the present Petition. She submits that Mr. Fakhruddin Khan, being out of India, is unable to attend the Court today. 5.
Mr. Y. M. Nakhava, learned APP states that he would obtain the necessary instructions by 10th March, 2026 and make an appropriate statement with regards to the number of witnesses the prosecution intends to examine and a timeline for the same. 6.
