The petitioners seek the following reliefs:

"(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction commanding the Respondents, their officers, servants, and agents to forthwith de-freeze/reactivate the Axis Bank Current Account No.924020013675515 held in the name of the Petitioner No.1, SHREE ANIRUDDHAY NAMAH PRIVATE LIMITED, at the Kandivali (West) Branch, Mumbai.

(ii) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Petition, direct the Respondents to forthwith de-freeze/reactivate the aforesaid bank account of the Petitioner No.1;

(iii) Pass any such other and further order9s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity." 2.

Mr. Manish Shukla, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedy as may be available in law. 3.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. All contentions are kept open.
