WP 1006-2026.doc 2) Once that information is provided, the Police Authority shall act as per the Guidelines mentioned in the Letter dated 2nd May 2025, issued by Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs (Foreigners Division), vide No.25022/28/2020-F.I (Part.III) and in particular with reference to the procedure given in paragraph-9, with following its timeline.

3) The matter be listed on 7th April, 2026. Till then, the Petitioners shall not be deported.
