It is stated at the Bar that the discharge applications filed by the accused nos.2 and 3 are pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, since 16th July 2018. The Principal Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai shall send a report thereof by the next Tuesday, that is, on 10th March 2026.

Issue notice to the respondent nos.2 to 5 to be served through the Officer In-Charge of Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Unit-3, Mumbai.
