This matter was called out at 11.15 a.m., however at the request of Mr. Siddhartha Shah, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, matter was kept back post lunch to enable him to get office memorandum issued by Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Foreign Division (Immigration Section).

At 3.50 p.m. this Petition was called out, Mr. Siddhartha Shah again requested for a pass over to submit the proposed amendment, as such this matter was again kept back. 3.

Petition was again taken up at 5.30 p.m.

Mr. Siddhartha Shah tenders the proposed amendment to add the Central Bureau of Investigation as a party Respondent No. 4 and to add grounds as also a prayer clause in the memo of the Petition.

Mr. Karansingh Rajput, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2, Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State and Mr. Vijay Kantharia, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 3 do not object to the grant of the amendment. 6.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to carry out the amendment as per the proposed amendment schedule. 7.

Mr. Siddhartha Shah states that the amendment would

be carried out forthwith. Permission granted. 8.

Mr. Kuldeep Patil, learned Special Counsel for the CBI appears and waives service of notice on behalf of newly added Respondent No. 4 and requests for time to take instructions. 9.

Mr. Siddhartha Shah request for listing of this matter urgently.
