Mr. Lokesh Zade, learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the order issuing process in SCC No.10988 of 2023 has been challenged by filing Criminal Revision Application No.88 of 2024 before the Sessions Court at Thane. He submits that the Revision Application is listed on 20th March 2026.

In view thereof, this Writ Petition No.1079 of 2026 is disposed of with a direction to the Revisional Court to adjudicate on the same as expeditiously as possible. It is clarified that this Court has not heard the Petitioners on the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of parties are kept open to be adjudicated before the Revisional Court.
