Heard Mr. Sudatta Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners for some time. There is an order of provisional attachment under sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 passed on 16th May 2025. This order of provisional attachment is not under challenge. 2.
We do not find any reason to interfere in this matter and grant no interim protection to the petitioner. However, it shall not be difficulty for the petitioner to lay a challenge to the provisional attachment order before the appropriate forum. 3.
