The learned Addl. PP submits that investigation has been completed with reference to FIR No.62 of 2026, registered with Srinagar Police Station, Thane City, Zone - 5, Wagle Estate. A chargesheet has also been filed before the Trial Court. She further submits that this Petition has been filed on the 6th day of the registration of the FIR.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and reserves his right to file an application before the Trial Court for seeking further investigation.

The withdrawal of this Petition shall not be an impediment, if the Petitioner files an Application for seeking further investigation and all contentions of the parties are kept open to be considered on their merits.
