Mr. Navkar Jain, has circulated this praecipe dated 24th March, 2026 seeking correction of a typographical error in the order dated 12th March, 2026. He submits that the paragraph No. 1 has been wrongly inserted in the said order. He states that the subject matter of the offence in the impugned FIR does not pertain to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act. 2.
