By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive reliefs in terms of prayer clause 20(A) :- "A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned FIR No. 0191 of 2025 registered with the Charkop Police Station, Pune."

After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Navkar Jain, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the This order is corrected/modified as per Speaking to the Minutes order dated 24th March, 2026.
