Heard Mr. Tejas Shetty, learned Advocate for the Petitioner. He submits that there is a technical error in the present Petition which would require major amendment. He submits that instead of carrying out the amendment, he has instructions from the Petitioner to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding challenging the Order dated 8th January, 2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court Room No. 87, City Civil & Sessions Court at Mazgaon, Greater Mumbai in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 2285 of 2023. 2.
