The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is a sportsperson. He has won a National Medal as a 'Renowned Shoot' in the shooting discipline at the National Level. He claims a right to have 14 licenses. Presently he has 3 licenses. His Application dated 28th September, 2023 received by Respondent No.2 on 5th October, 2023, is still pending adjudication. He prays for a decision.
