The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent Nos.2 to 8 have not taken action on her representation which is at Exhibit-G of this petition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is being harassed by her husband/Respondent No.9. She has three minor children and everybody is in danger at his hands.

The Senior Inspector of Police, Mahim police station is present in the Court. Learned APP, on instructions, states that the police authorities have taken cognizance of the representation Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

10-wp-1201-26 dated 05.01.2026 which is at Exhibit-G to this petition and they are contemplating serious action against the Respondent No.9. The statement is recorded and accepted. Learned APP also states that the police authorities shall take steps to safeguard the safety of the petitioner and her children. That statement is also recorded and accepted. Based on these statements made before the Court, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage.

Therefore, the petition is disposed of by recording the above statements. The Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, if further cause of action arises. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
