The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that Appeal No. 233 of 2025 preferred on 31st October, 2025 for assailing the order of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shirur dated 14th October, 2025, is pending with Respondent No.1, Divisional Commissioner, Pune. Notice of hearing has also not been issued in the said matter. 2.

The learned APP submits that Respondent No.1 would decide the Appeal within such time as this Court may direct. 3.

issued by the Appellate Authority, we expect the Appellate Authority to issue notice in the Appeal within five working days from today and decide the said Appeal on its own merits by following the due procedure laid down in law, on or before 31st July, 2026. 4.
