1) The Petition is filed by son of one Mrs. Shaikh Piyarabegum Abdul Rashid. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted before the Court today that the Petitioner is not aware about the whereabouts of his mother.

2) Learned A.P.P., on instructions, states that the Petitioner's mother is admitted in Sion Hospital. She submitted, on instructions, that the restriction orders are passed against her because her nationality is in doubt.

4) Till the next date before this Court, no further steps be taken against the Petitioner's mother.
