By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Certiorari or any other Writ, Order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing and/or setting aside the First Information Report No. 0065 of 2026 dated 18.02.2026 registered by the Respondent No. 2 against the Petitioner by the Kalachowki Police Station.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Harshad Meshram, learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a passover. At Arjun
