By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive reliefs in prayer clause (a) :- "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased quash the order dated 30th July, 2022 issuing a non-bailable warrant against PETITIONER, MISHALI ATUL SANGHIANI in PW/2049/2016 arising out of FIR No.284/2014in Bandra Police Station pending before the 12th J.M.F.C Court at Bandra." 2.

Mr. Firoz Khan, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, craves leave to unconditionally withdraw the present Petition.
