As a motion was moved at 11:00 a.m. expressing a grave threat to the life of the Petitioner, we granted circulation and directed that the matter be placed on the production board at 1:45 p.m. While granting circulation, we also directed the learned APP to take instructions. 3.

p502-wp-1298-2026.odt owes Rs. 11 crores to certain vendors. The vendors reached his home in Pune and pursued him for payment. In order to escape from the vendors, the Petitioner jumped from the first floor balcony of his bungalow and suffered a spinal injury after landing on the ground. He was then rushed to Apollo Hospital, Pune. His statement in the hospital was recorded by the Head Constable of Bavdhan Police Station, Pune City. The Petitioner gave the true version to the Head Constable stating that, while attempting to escape from the clutches of the vendors, he had fallen from the first floor balcony.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has not conveyed these facts to him and hence, they are not pleaded in the Petition. He submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, on instructions.
