By the present Writ Petition the Petitioner has sought the following substantive relief :- "9(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased quashed and set aside the framing of charges order dated 09/01/2026 qua present petitioner passed by Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Niphad in FIR No.121/2018 at the Saikheda Police Station, Nashik registered under Section 143, 147, 323, 504, 506, 427 R/W 149 of the Indian Penal Code." 2.

Mr. Ramchandra Wagh, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, craves leave to withdraw this Writ Petition.
