By the present Petition filed on 07.03.2026, the Petitioner has sought for quashing of the FIR bearing No. 98 of 2022 along with PW Case No. 6001034 of 2023, pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, 60th Court, Kurla, Mumbai. 2.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP for the Respondent - State, on instructions from the Investigation Officer, states that the trial in Case No. 6001034 of 2023 has commenced and the First Informant has been examined.
