By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a):- a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No. 002 of 2025, dated 29.07.2025 and registered with Koparkhiarane Police Station, Thane for the alleged Offences punishable u/s. 123, 3(5), 351(2), 352, 69, 79 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
