Mr. Hafeezur Rahman, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, submits that a Revision would be maintainable against the order impugned in the present Petition. He, therefore, on instructions from the Petitioners, craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a Criminal Revision Application before the Sessions Court having jurisdiction under Section 438 of the BNSS. He submits that he is within the period of limitation.
