This is an application for directions to carry out the investigation expeditiously in respect of the C.R.No.1474 of 2025 registered at Bandra police station.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned APP.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the accused in this case is working in USA and, therefore, the investigation could not be completed expeditiously. The investigating agency is Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

3-wp-1418-26 in process of initiating LOC against the accused and, therefore, it is taking some time.

The difficulty expressed by the investigating agency appears to be genuine. However, learned APP, on instructions, makes a further statement that the investigating agency shall take expeditious steps in completing the investigation. The statement is recorded.

Based on this statement, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage. 6.
Considering the stand taken by both the sides, the petition is disposed of as not pressed; based on the statement made by the learned APP.
