By the present Petition the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) which read as under:- ("a) Quash and set aside the FIR dated 04/02/2025, bearing CR. No.30/2025 for offences punishable under Sections 74, 351(2)(3) and 3(5) Bharatiya Nagarik Sanhita, 2023 registered at Karjat Police Station, DistRaigad and Chargesheet arising out of the aforesaid offence".

After the matter was heard for some time, Mr. Narayan G. Rokade, requested for a pass over. After sometime, the Petition was taken up.

Mr. Narayan G. Rokade, on instructions, from the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with leave to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, does not object to the said request made by Mr. Narayan G. Rokade, learned Advocate for the Petitioners. 5.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Narayan G. Rokade, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such an application is filed, the same be considered on its own merits in accordance with law. 6.
The Criminal Writ Petition No.1448 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
