Gavand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Forensic Expert has returned the cell phone and the sim card of the Petitioner after conducting forensic examination of the same. On instructions from the Investigating Officer Mr. D. M Waghmare, A.P.I., he submits that the cell phone and the sim card shall be returned to the Petitioner within a period of one week from today. 2.
