Learned Advocate General submits and states that since the wife of the Petitioner has a nine month old child, on humanitarian ground she will be released immediately from the Holding Centre. However, he submits that the Authorities may take action against her in accordance with law in future. He submitted that the Petitioner's wife be directed to report to the police station twice a week and also share her mobile location with Police Officers of Naya Nagar Police Station Manisha 1/2

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is agreeable to that condition of reporting and sharing the location. The statement made by the learned Advocate General as well as the statement made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner is recorded and accepted. Therefore, nothing further survives in this Petition.
