This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned proceeding bearing Case No.PW/215/2024 pending before the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, 40th Court, Girgaon, Mumbai, arising out of impugned FIR bearing C.R. No.87 of 2024 registered with Respondent No.1, under section 406, 420 r/w 34 of IPC."
