By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought the following substantive relief :- "A.

That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to exercise its powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to quash and set aside FIR bearing C.R. No. 0055 of 2025 dated 14.02.2026 registered with Bavadhan Police Station, Pune, for offence punishable with section 303(2) r/w. 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and 4A of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, on the ground that the same is illegal, arbitrary, an abuse of process of law and without any role attributable to the present Petitioners"

Mr. Sukanta Karmakar learned APP for the RespondentState, on instructions from PSI Hanmani Pawar of Bavdhan Police Station, states that on 21 April 2026, the Investigating Officer has filed a "C" Summary Report before the jurisdictional Court.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar learned APP for the Respondent-State, Mr. Abid Mulani, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners, craves leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 4.

Leave to withdraw this Petition, as requested by Mr. Abid Mulani, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, is granted. 5.

Writ Petition No.1489 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
