The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs:
"a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of certiorari or mandamus or any other writ, order or direction calling for the record and proceedings of the F.I.R. bearing no.414 of 2025 registered by the Respondent no.1 and upon examining the legality, correctness, and propriety of the investigation conducted so far, be pleased to transfer the same to the Central Bureau of Investigation;
(b) During the pendency and hearing of this petition this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent no.1 not to file Chargesheet in the F.I.R. bearing no.414 of 2025; (c) Ad-Interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b), may kindly be granted;
(d) Any other just and equitable Order may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioners.

After arguing the matter for sometime, Mr. Balvantsinh A. Parmar, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to explore the statutory remedy as available to the petitioner in law.

Writ Petition No.1496 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
