Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order of externment before the Divisional Commissioner (R2) in the month of January 2026. However, the said appeal has yet not been heard.

Since the Petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Respondent SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE No.2 under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, it would be expedient in the interest of justice that the appeal is heard and decided SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE Date: 2026.04.18 11:59:36 +0530 expeditiously.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Appellate Authority on 27 April 2026 through an Advocate or in person. The Appellate Authority is requested to hear and decide the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner as expeditiously as SSP 1/2
