By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c):- a) FIR No. 45 of 2026 is registered with Kashimira Police Station, Tal. Vasai, Dist. Thane, may be quashed.
b) It is further prayed that during the pendency of the present petition, the further investigation and proceedings arising out of the abovementioned FIR may be stayed in the interest of justice.
c) Any other alternative remedy which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Hitesh Shah, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners, craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition in the event chargesheet is filed and cognizance is taken by the Court.

Request made by Mr. Hitesh Shah, learned Advocate for the Petitioners is not objected to by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent - State.
