By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a):- a.
The Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate Writ Order and direction, directing the quashing of FIR vide FIR No. 0089 of 2026 along with Charge sheet on the petitioner (if filed) against the petitioners and on petitioners company registered under the provision of section 17B, 18A, 27, 27(b) (ii), 27(c) of the Drug And Cosmetics Act,1940 and Section 3(v), 277, 278, 318 (4), 336(3), 340(2), of The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered with Manpada Police Station, Dombivali (East) on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper; 2.
Mr. Arjun Amanchi, learned Advocate for the Petitioner Arjun
17-WP-1662-2026.doc states that though the FIR was filed against the Petitioner, upon investigation, the Respondent No. 1 found no material or any evidence to substantiate the allegations in the impugned FIR against the Petitioner. He states that the Respondent No. 1 has thus not named the Petitioner in the chargesheet. He therefore submits that this Petition is rendered infructuous.

Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent - State, submits that if the Petitioner is not named in the chargesheet as submitted by Mr. Arjun Amanchi, then this Petition be disposed of as infructuous.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Arjun Amanchi, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, Writ Petition No. 1662 of 2026 is disposed of as infructuous.
