By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following relief :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, to decide the Application for Discharge bearing no. MISC/680/2026 in C.C. No.1147/PW/2025 expeditiously or within such timeframe as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 2.

Mr. Omkar Mulekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner will make a request to the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai for expeditious consideration of their Application for Discharge bearing no.

(25) WP-1678.26.DOCX MISC/680/2026 in C.C. No.1147/PW/2025. He therefore craves leave to withdraw the present Petition. 3.

Ms. Mahalakshmi Ganpati, the learned APP for the Respondent/State, does not object to the request made by Mr. Omkar Mulekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Omkar Mulekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, leave granted to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
