Considering the facts and circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate First Class, 44th Court at Andheri, Mumbai shall transfer the C.C. No. 215/DV/2025 to the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, 10th Court at Andheri, Mumbai.

The parties shall appear before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, 10th Court at Andheri, Mumbai, on 15.05.2026.

After transfer of the matter, the Judicial Magistrate First Class at Andheri, Mumbai, shall endeavour to decide the interim application filed by the petitioner for maintenance as early as possible.
