The prayer in the present petition is to expedite the hearing of Complaint No.358/SW/2016 and the D.V. Case No.334 of 2016 pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, 17th Court, Borivali, Mumbai. Considering the fact that both the cases are more than 10 years old, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

A] The learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 17th Court, Borivali, Mumbai shall endeavour to dispose of Complaint No.358/SW/2016 and the D.V. Case No.334 of 2016 as early as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
