Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE Date: 2026.04.18 17:50:22 +0530 Petitioner is willing to appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal Nos.48 of 2024 and 47 of 2024. In the meanwhile, the execution of the non-bailable warrants be stayed. 3.
In view of the aforesaid statements, the Writ Petitions stand disposed with liberty to the Petitioner to appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized with Criminal Appeal Nos.48 of 2024 and 47 of 2024 on 21 April 2026 and file applications for recall of the non-bailable warrants. To facilitate the Petitioner to appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge and file applications for recall of the non-bailable warrants, the execution and operation of the non-bailable warrants shall remain stayed till 21 April 2026.

It is hereby made clear that if the Petitioner does not appear before the learned Additional Sessions Judge on 21 April 2026, this order shall stand recalled automatically.

In the event, the Petitioner appears before the learned Additional Sessions Judge and files applications for recall of the non-bailable warrants, the learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to hear and decide the said applications on their own merits and in accordance with law.
