A limited prayer in this petition is to direct the learned Sessions Judge to hear and decide the revision application preferred by the petitioner.

The roznama of the proceeding dated 22nd January, 2026 indicates that, the learned Advocate for the petitioner expressed his inability to proceed with the hearing of the matter and, thus, the revision application was required to be adjourned to 12th June, 2026.

Thus, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge on 12th June, 2026 and work out the revision application.

If the parties appear before the Court, this Court does not doubt that, the learned Sessions Judge will hear and decide the revision application expeditiously.
