Mr. Prateek Pansare, learned Advocate for the Petitioners in both these Petitions states that the subject matter of both these Petitions arise out of the FIR bearing No. 70 of 2026. He therefore requests for taking up both these Petitions together. Request made by Mr. Prateek Pansare is not objected to by Mrs. Anuja Gotad, learned APP. At the request of Mr. Prateek Pansare and by consent

of Mrs. Anuja Gotad, learned APP, both these Petitions are taken up together.

Mrs. Anuja Gotad, learned APP for the Respondent - State, on instructions from API Kunal Bagul, officer who is present in Court, states that the investigation in Crime No. 70 of 2026 registered with Deonar Police Station, is on going. 3.

In view of the statement made by Mrs. Anuja Gotad, learned APP, Mr. Prateek Pansare learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners in these Petitions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petitions with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in the event chargesheet is filed against the Petitioners in these Petitions. This request made by Mr. Prateek Pansare, is not objected to by Mrs. Anuja Gotad, learned APP. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Prateek Pansare, learned Advocate for the Petitioners in these Petitions and the no objection by Mrs. Anuja Gotad, learned APP, leave is granted to withdraw both Petitions with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in the event chargesheet is filed against the Petitioners

in these Petitions.

Writ Petition No. 1949 of 2026 and Writ Petition No. 1950 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
