Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Dubey, learned Advocate for the Petitioners and Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (b):- b.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant appropriate writ, or order to quash and seta side the impugned FIR bearing no. 0601 of 2025, registered with Bhiwandi Taluka Police Station, for the alleged offence U/s. 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 34 of BNS, 2023 and Sec. 75 of Mumbai Children's Act, 1948.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Ashok Kumar Dubey, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge in the event chargesheet is filed and cognizance is taken by the Court. 4.

Ms. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP for the Respondent - State, does not object to the request made by Mr. Ashok Kumar Dubey.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Ashok Kumar Dubey, learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the no objection by Mrs. Rajeshree Newton, learned APP, leave is granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty as prayed for.

In the event an Application seeking discharge is filed by the Petitioners before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 7.
