This Petition was circulated in view of the grounds mentioned in the praecipe dated 28th April, 2026. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.
At the request of Mr. Suresh Sabrad this Petition was taken up on the 'Production List'.

By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) :-
"a) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside offences filed vide C.R. No.700 of 2024 registered with Mulund Police Station, Mumbai dated 25.11.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered against Petitioners;"

Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State submits that the Investigating Officer after conducting investigation has submitted a 'B' Summary Report dated 17th July, 2025 to the Court of the Magistrate having jurisdiction. 5.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State, Mr. Suresh Sabrad, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Petition. 6.
Request made by Mr. Suresh Sabrad is not opposed by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State. 7.
In view of the statement made by Mr. Suresh Sabrad, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 2179 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
