This Writ Petition was circulated in view of the praecipe dated 15 June 2026, same is marked as "X" identification. In view of the request made by Mr. Ashish Vernekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, this Writ Petition was ordered to be listed on the Production Board.

By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioners have sought the following substantive relief :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court after perusing the records and proceedings of the be pleased to quash and set aside the F.I.R. No.105 of 2026 dated 15/04/2026 registered with Parvati Police Station for offences u/s 3(5), 316(2), 318(2), 336(2), 338, 340(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and all further proceedings in connection with F.I.R.No.105 of 2026 dated 15/04/2026 registered with Parvati Police Station for
(507) WP-2191.26.DOCX offences u/s 3(5), 316(2), 318(2), 336(2), 338, 340(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 filed with the Respondent No.1 qua the present Petitioners."

Mr. Ashish Vernekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, submits that the Investigating Officer has filed the B-Summary Report before the Court having jurisdiction. He, therefore, on instructions from the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

The request made by Mr. Ashish Vernekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, is not opposed by Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP for the Respondent/State.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Ashish Vernekar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, leave is granted to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

Criminal Writ Petition No.2191 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
