We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

There is no dispute that an FIR dated 18.07.2019 was registered against the Petitioners before the Economic Offences Wing, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.

The learned APP submits that a 'C' Summary report bearing No. 1320 of 2019, was tendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate ...1

First Class, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, on 17.12.2019. The learned Magistrate has not even issued notice to the original Complainant. The said 'C' Summary report has been pending for hearing and orders for the last seven years. He has taken instructions from Mr. V.A. Pawar, API, who is present in the Court Hall, and submits that a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) mentioning pendency of the FIR would be issued to the Petitioners within one week from today.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off by recording that the PCC would be issued to the Petitioners by the competent authority, within one week from today. The same would be uploaded on the e-FRRO portal, and the Petitioners can take a printout thereof and produce it before the concerned authority.

Insofar as the pending 'C' Summary report tendered on 17.12.2019 before the learned Magistrate is concerned, we have noted that the said 'C' Summary report has been pending for the last seven years. In these peculiar circumstances, we direct the learned Magistrate to deal with the said 'C' Summary report and complete the procedure required for passing final orders thereon, on or before 15.07.2026. ...2

The compliance report would be tendered by the learned Magistrate, to the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court, within 15 days thereafter.
