The grievance of the petitioner is that his 19 year old daughter is missing from his house since 10th December, 2025. He has expressed apprehension in respect of the respondent No.1 because she was in telephonic conversation with the respondent No.1 before she went missing.

Learned Addl.P.P, on instructions, states that the petitioner's daughter had contacted the Police Station. The Police Officers have obtained documents regarding the marriage between the petitioner's daughter and the respondent No.1. Learned Addl.P.P further informs the Court that the respondent No.1 is absconding in connection with one case registered under the MCOC Act. 3.

In this situation, we deem it fit that the safety of the petitioner's daughter is verified. Therefore, the Officers of the Indapur Police Station are directed to produce the petitioner's daughter before this Court on 4th May, 2026.
