The learned APP produced the papers of the enquiry being carried out in the accidental death report in respect of death of the Petitioner's son.

The learned APP, on instructions of the investigating officer, states that an FIR shall be registered in this case for a cognizable offence and the investigation would be immediately carried out. He also undertakes to supply copy Deshmane(PS)

On the basis of this statement, nothing further survives in this Petition. The learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition. The Petition is disposed of with the above observations. It is needless to add that the Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law in future if necessary.
